By day, Victor Kwan is a sous chef and pastry chef at Nanzan GiroGiro — the acclaimed Japanese kaiseki restaurant on Pensacola Street.
Two nights a week, when the dining room goes dark, he stays behind and the space becomes something of his own: an intimate dessert lounge, plated with fine-dining precision and reimagined entirely around sweets — every dish made by hand, in-house, by Victor himself.
No reservations, no rush. Walk in, order à la carte, and pick what you love from a menu that changes every month. Tuesday and Wednesday, six to ten.
